Finally got my 485 approval email just 10 minutes back(17:00 CST).
Still waiting for wife's RFE/Approval

My RFE was for Employment Verification. Mine was an AC21 case and I had not informed USCIS after I changed my job. I had changed my job after nearly 18mos of I485 filing.
