Hi All:
Approved and stamped at Boston, spouse got medical RFE, the doctor ticked marked out-side the small square box (never imagined anything like this RFE).
My details are
Priority Date: Oct 2000
RD: 27 Oct 2001
ND: 04 Dec 2001
FP: 01 Feb 2002
AD: 11 Nov 2002
EB3 – India
Did PP stamping in week of Thanksgiving. Reached at 7:30 and out by 10:15. Was not bad at all spent close to 2 hours at the 2nd floor café, looking outside and watching a movie on the laptop.
I could have been lucky but my big company’s HR dept. and internal Law dept. (which talk to a very big external law firm) never could communicate with each other and they wasted 18 months to file my labor. Company wasted 4 months after labor approval to file for I-140.
I have sent my spouse’s RFE (sealed envelope of medical reports) to the lawyer yesterday, should reach INS in a week or so.
Would do postings after RFE approval and getting the plastic card.
Wish you all the best. This site has been quite helpful. Rupnet is a very nice site as well.
Thank you all.
CRU.
