Rather interestingly my collegues case (Same RD same ND) is also approved he is not in this forum but wanted me to post his info...

But his wife's 485 case is still pending.

Wanted me to ask you folks...is this normal of INS to process his and leave his wife's case pending?

Iam kinda of confused too.

But as we have been discussing on the forums for sometime now
maybe everything does go by RD. But once approved maybe the ND on the receipt becomes the RD on the Approval. ( Confusing? )
