Approved: Rd/nd 10/02, Fp 01/04, Ad 07/14/04

I am glad to inform you that my I-485 was approved on July 14, 2004 without any RFE.

I know it does NOT make any sense for 2001 and early 2002 filers. BUT, after all, it is the USCIS that we are talking about here.

My wife, who has the same RD/ND/FP, was sent an RFE. We did NOT receive it yet. However, our guess is that it is for her missed health examinations due to pregnancy at the time.

We both received e-mails and our LUDs and its contents updated.

pardeshi1, NO I did NOT do anything intentional for FP.

I did file AR-11 for change of address less than a couple of months before receiving FP notice. I do NOT know if this had any effect.
