Thank you all for the help and information sharing. This site has been more than helpful in all occasion. It has been quite a roller coaster ride for me. I finally achieved on third time.
First time, I quit that company after I-140 (EB3, waited more than one year for priority date to become current. My bad luck, it became current after I quit that company).
Second time, I got out before Labor.
Update you when I get plastic card.
