My attorney filed my I-140 for CP
Filed 485 at VSC

State is virginia.
FP in norfolk virginia.
No change of employer.
Went to India in june after filing my 485. Used my H1 to come back

Talked to an IIO on friday and he said my case was assigned to an officer on Feb 20

How come your RD 05/31 and PD 11/98,

As per your PD you can apply on or after June 01 2001.
Could please clarify?.

Notice date April 24 2000

For the other guy who said my dates were not current please check the archives.

I don\'t think I gave some much of my info for Credit cards.

Can you please post when your I140 was approved? I am trying to find out whether it is already more than 1 year since your I140 has been approved in the case of which the consulate would have automatically sent back the I140 stuff back to INS/NVC.
 
My friend it happened to me y\'day

when I posted my approval news. some freeking guy has started puting comments and some other started supporting them. You should not had even answered them just ignore those bullshit
 
Congratulatons. Look like there is no more delay due to I-140 for CP

gc_approved - did you do anything to avoid delays associated with CP approved I-140.
