Just checked AVM and heard \'this case has been approved\'. Here is my detail: EP2, China, RD 2/8/01, ND 2/12/01, FP 6/30/01. Company got acquired before I-140 filing. Used new company name to file I-140 and I-485. No RFE. This site is so helpful, I almost visited everyday. Thanks to Rajiv S. Khanna for the greate job to keep this greate site. Good luck to all!

Some more info

My EAC begins with 01-104... PD 10/99. About a week ago, AVM changed from \'case cannot be found\' to \'received...\'. I Came to this country as F1 student in 1996. Good luck to all.
