My long journey to GC is finally over.
Today I got the magic mail from USCIS saying that my case has been approved on 09/02/2004.
But my wife's case is still pending(some more tension still left!!!!!). My Kids LUD changed today and the it says "The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time......". Is this a common message for the kids approval???????

1st LUD change on 7/23/2004
Received FP2 notice on 8/6/2004
FP2: 8/13/2004(Appointment date9/21/2004)
2nd LUD change 8/26/2004 & 8/27/2004
Finally I-485 approved on 09/02/2004

Notice that you did early FP --- Where did you do your early FP? my FP2 appointment is also 9/21/04 --- i tried to do early FP at Newark Support Center at 24 Commerce St....the security rejected to let me in...and said that they do not do early FP's...

My FP2 done on Aug12,2004 and 485 RD is Jan08,2003 and ND Jan31,2003.
Now I am really excited and tensed.
DOes your case belongs to EB3 or EB2.

You said your FP2 appointment date is 9/21/2004, and the 485 is appored on 09/02/2004.

Me and my wife got the FP notice, and my wife is in India right now. I am afraid that what if it could happen to me before my wife returns.
 
My FP2 scheduled date is 9/21/04.
But, we did early FP2 on 8/13/04.
I think you can request for postponement of your wife's FP2 appointment.
God only knows when they will resheduled.
Better consulte your lawyer.

No LUD change, but received the FP

Hi Guys,

I and my wife received FP notices. But there is now LUD change on the website.
Is it the way normally??
