and if it is - ND for I-485 ?

What a great friend. You just posted the poor guys personal EAC application #, and also his day/month of birth. You are missing credit card number and SSN and then set him up for a full identity theft. Not a good idea. bad, bad... very bad...

In any case, congratulations to him and best of luck to all us who are waiting. I heard it much better in the "Life after the green card forum" :D

No Problems

He was there when I was typing all the information. He does not have any problems in giving his EAC and Partial DOB.

He is not a concurrent filer. He is planning to get married soon and so, does not want to file for I-485 until he gets married.
 
Ask him file for 485 if he is marrying within end of this year. He can use 'follow to join' process which friend of mine used. He has to get marry before approval of 485.
