My case has been approved as per AVM on 02/25/02.

My lawyer screwed up my case at the 140 stage. I was a EB2, she filed by mistake in EB3. Lost about 10 months there. Also, thought that FP will not go thru as had a skin allergy but was cleared! No RFE.

... yes the day before the approval, it still said pending review, so if the IIO has told you that the FP has cleared you are all set.
