Hi Guys,

I thought I was never going to post this.

Another one of those boring days and I decide to call INS to talk to an operator and go and behold he tells me my green card was approved.

I thought he was playing games with me seriously! I asked him to repeat the EAC numbers 3 times :D and then I checked online status and could not believe it.

I have updated Rupnet, same name gc=patience.

Good luck to all and Patience, it will arrive. To tell you the truth I think I won't believe it until I see the approval notice in my mailbox.

I did send my EAD renewal last week, could that have triggered it? My FP would not have expired until December.

I will be around if any of you have questions.

EAD renewal may trigger something happen in I485.
My spouse filed EAD renewal in April and I got a RFE in May.

We are super excited, I know the time will come for all of us.

As we have all said in this forum, the INS is unpredictable.

If you get a chance the renew anything with the INS, go for it, it may trigger action in your case.

As my husband says, it is the best $110 we have spent.;)
