the medical-we were adviced by attorney to wait for the INS to issue request for the medical-I am wondering if we would have done the medical in advance what would have happened?Different RFE or faster approval?
No one asked anything about pay stubs or w-2,which I was almost sure they are going to ask ,since my case was an AC21.
