My case has some similarities with yours
My case was denied in Nov 2005 because of I-140 revocation, later it was reopened in Apr 2006. I invoked AC-21 at that time. I am planning to do again in Aug 2007.

My questions for you, if you are around please answer
- I called customer service and they told me that I can raise service request because it is a reopened case
- Second employer can do anything if I invoke AC-21 later this year?

Greatly appreciate your help.

You can raise service request anytime, esp if you are current. It doesn't have to be a reopened/denied case. Also I wouldn't want you to stress on the denied part whenever you are initiating a service request. Just treat is as a normal case whenever you are talking to USCIS regarding your case.

AFAIK - Second Employer can not do anything, if you have another full time offer. Please confirm this with a lawyer though.

Thank you for the information. I will try again tomorrow to raise a service request. I spoke to TSC officer and she is not willing to give any information and then I went to regular customer service and she told me that I can not raise a service request because my case was denied and reopened later. I didn't mention any details, she pulled up all the information herself.

Well Good Luck with it. I also tried to speak to the TSC officer and she said the same thing i.e. to contact the National Customer Service no. And if your case was opened after denial (Tell then it was denied due to an USCIS error) , it shouldn't matter to the Customer Service rep. she/he should open the Sr for you.

Thank you. Today I could able to open a service request. Probably I got a bad rep last time. lets see what this gets...
Last time I told the rep that it was denied by error and in fact in my case, I got a personal mail from one immigration officer saying it was denied in error.
