I applied, via an attorney, in March for my I-751. I applied alone to remove the conditions as I am divorced, therefore I applied for a waiver. I did my biometrics in July and yesterday I received an email from CRIS with the following information. My lawyer does not know if I am approved or not and has asked me to wait to see what comes through the mail. I would have thought there would be some kind of indication that the case was approved first of all, if it had been, or is this standard practice now ? I look forward to your comments.
