Our GC was approved on Oct 1st and received approval notice in the mail on Oct 8th. Checked online on Oct 6th and realized that our case was approved. Here are the details

Category: EB2, Boston
RD: March 28th, 2002
ND: April 17th, 2002
FP: May 28th, 2002
AD: Oct 1st, 2002

So you did nto get 2nd FP? It seems it was expired in August..

Primary applicant did 1st FP on May 28th. However I (derivative applicant) did not get any FP notice then

In Sept along with my FP notice, primary applicant again received a FP notice . To be on the safe side both of us went and did our FP on Sept 24th.

Primary applicant did FP twice, first on May 28th and second on Sept 24th while I did it only once on Sept 24th

Being a finance person, I have no clue what argc means in any software language.

Mines is the exact same story in FP as ARGC and my ND is 4/18/2002.
My FP expires on 11/5, but the derivtives expires on 10/24.
I wish they will open my application before it expires. . .
