I got the magic email from CRIS tonight at 9:15pm EST - Card Production ordered. I talked to TSC IO on 8/2 and she told me that I should be approved in the next 30 days and she was right!

Below is my details. I am sorry that there are so many of you out there who have been waiting for so long. I guess my name and background checks were pretty easy.

I really think this. If the IO you talked to said your case is all clear and is waiting for an officer to be assigned or your case is int he "staging" area, your approval is coming very soon. I don't think the IO's would make this up and tell you that your case is in the staging area.

I believe they have full intention to use up the visa numbers this year...

This freedom feels really good. Working for the same company for the past 5 years. I actually started my LC in 2001, but switch my job...
