how to add my info in rupnet

  I tried to add my case info in rupnet. Up till now, I can not find what I added yesterday. I input the same username there I use here. Could you tell me what\'s going on? Thanks.

1. click on VSC tab
2. click on "Add your data" on extreme right.
3. Add your details and hit "Add to tracker" button.
4. you\'ll get a pop-up saying that your info has been added.
you also can e-mail me at rup@rupnet.com if you are having trouble.
Use IE 5+.
