Just got emails from US-CIS saying that my case was approved (WAC03118).

LUD 5/25, 6/24, 7/6, 7/7, 7/12, 7/13.

One weird thing though is that I am the derivative applicant and I was approved, however, my wife's case still shows the status as "On June 27th 2004....." Does anyone know of cases like this? Is it jus a computer glitch??

Congratulations on your approval!!!

I think they usually approve both promary and derivative together.

Fax Inquiry

I had forgotten to mention that I had sent in a fax inquiry in early May because my finger-prints were going to expire in July.

I got a LUD on 05/25 for that and also a generic snail-mail reply from CIS saying that my case wasn't beyond JIT.

I didn't send any more fax inquiries though. Don't know how much help that 1st inquiry had in gettin my case through.
