Got the approval messages this morning for me and my dependents.

"Card production ordered" and after an hour "Welcome notice sent".

Here are my details.

EB-3 India - NSC
PD: 04/02
ND: 08/04
LUD: 08/19/06 and 06/15/07
Service Request: 06/13/07

Congratulations. It looks they are processing based on both PD and RD.

Also based on EB category, I guess. They seem to give higher priority to EB3 for now. See my signature.

Last FP

My last FP was on 04/08/06. I was expecting a FP notice this week, but got approved

My wife's FP was sometime in March 06. FP expired and got a notice last week. But she is in India and so I resheduled. Even with expired FP, NSC has approved her I-485...

These NSC guys are interesting....

I think my Service Request (06/13/07) triggered the IO to pick my file

Please file for a Service Request and your file may move from the staging area to the desk of an IO

Same stuff....called up again today, they said it is assigned to an officer and in review. I asked her if about the visa number availability and she said visa numbers are currently available and my application being considered. Anyways, no luck yet man.
