FP was 03/27/2003
EAD & AP renewals were 12/04/2002

No I never changed employers.
I did change my address in Dec 2002. Filed an AR-11. Have to confirm it with IIO else my approval notice may not reach me at all :)

Does EAC based on RD or ND?

Does EAC based on RD or ND?

My observation is it the EAC date is the ND, nor the RD, right? Which means INS started to process the ND in FY2002?

Any clue?

Just updated rupnet under the id of phoaupkari

But with BCIS , you cannot determine what trend it is going to follow for approvals.

My ND is 1/17/02.. I am looking to a month form now..
Online status still tells about finger prints.
What kinda status follow next ??

Again I am job less now. Should I have any problem??
 
Well EAC is based on ND[date on which ur case is entered in their system]...
Cases are, I guess, assigned to officers going by ND and then these offices would be asked to go by RD/FP I guess...
[Reason why IIO's always refer to ND]

That's the reason we see with
RD: XX Nov 01
ND ZZ Dec01
and
RD: YY Dec01
ND: ZZ Dec01
getting approvals at/around the same time..!!
