Finally! :D GOD is GOOD! :D

Hope this will bring hope to the other EB3s waiting out there. I was almost discouraged because the trend for the first few days of October were mostly EB2 approvals.

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On October 10, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
 
I don't know the exact date as the company lawyer says that she cannot disclose it as the I-140 is their property, but it was filed concurrently with my I-485 (due to Labor Substitution).

Congrats......so,easiest way to get green card is labor substituation????????? :mad::mad::mad:
 
Just an update. I just got another LUD this morning, and my status changed to "Card Production Ordered." Status said that this happened on Oct 10 too (same date as the welcome notice LUD), but I just received the CRIS email this morning. I'll let you guys know when I receive the actual card.

Congrats...

It looks like visa bulletin is still followed because Phils is Oct 2001... mine got soft LUD on 9/17 but PD is 3/2004... still not expecting anything for the mean time..

I just got my card in the mail today. My GC journey is finally over! Thank God!


BUT this is just half of the whole journey, as I am now about to begin the FTJ process for my wife. Time to file I-824...
