Finally the wait is over for me after 10 years.
Here are my details

Feb 1998 - labor applied
Jun 1998 - labor approved :D
Feb 2001 - I-140 approvd :D
Feb 2001- layoff :rolleyes:
Jan 2002 - labor applied with new company :eek:
July 2006 - Labor approved :D
Aug 2006 - I-140/485 applied, ported old PD :eek:
Dec 2006 - I-140 approved :D
Dec 2006 - I-485 RFE :eek:
Jan 2007 - I-485 RFE replied :rolleyes:
Nov 5th 2007 - I-485 Card production ordered status online :)

Keep the faith guys. Have gone through everything possible (including my papers being dropped behind clerks desk at local labor office for 4 months). But its here now. hope to get the card soon and move on.

1998 !!! thats unbelievable. I can't complain about my application not getting decision. I have some really good time to go.

Was that your original labor! If yes, follow-up with USCIS rigorously. I heard one case which is denied because his or her name check did not ger clear for a long time.
