Many congrats to you. Enjoy your freedom. Could you please answer couple of questions.

1) Did you do early FP2 or just in the normal time.

2) Secondly did you recently apply for EAD/AP or H1 renewal which may have triggered your approval without RFE

Your answers will be very helpful.

Could I ask a question as well?

What type of employer do you work for? I am wondering if people who work for smaller or "unstable" companies are more likely to get employment letter RFEs, while those who are petitioning under a larger company or a university or less likely. Anyone else have an opinion about this?

1) We did our FP on scheduled date (although did reschedule my wife's as it was scheduled for the day after mine - go figure)

2)No, we did not apply for 3rd AP or EAD

3)Work in the Mining Industry - company employs around 1,500 (not so big or stable!!)
