Folks,
Heard the magic words last night. My details are:
PD:Mar 03rd 96
I485: ND: dec 22nd 1999
FP: March 22nd 2001
Approved I485 on April 9th
EB2, India

I would say it\'s sheer luck bcos my company was acquired before sending for I485. However the company letter stated that my company X(previous company) is an affiliate of Y(current company).
Also am not sure if the senator did anything towards the processing, had sent him a letter and was waiting for response.
