Our applications (both me and my spouse) were approved on 13th Dec 2004. Still cannot believe it!!!

Ours is an EB3 application. Following are the dates.

Labor - RD Aug 2003, AD Dec 2003 (RFE on wage)
140 - RD Mar 31 2004, AD Aug 8 2004 (after ability to pay RFE)
FP - Nov 4 2004 (no update ever other than an address change in August/September)
485 - RD Mar 31 2004, AD Dec 13 2004

Thanks to you guys and this great forum. It helped us a lot in making a lot of decisions, most recently on a job change. Hopefully we will see a lot more approvals before January 1st. Good Luck to all!

Congratulations!!!

Man you give me HOPE! You are the first one to report an approval after FP on 11/04 and ND in March 04... I am really hoping they still work on my case even there is no LUD after FP yet...

We were in EB3. We feel unusually lucky to have been approved before the retrogression took effect. We can only call it God's grace.

Never had an LUD other than application received, and then one for an address change in Aug/Sep. No LUD for FP sent nor Revd. So, guys don't worry if the LUD never changes. It is not updated in all cases, I am guessing it depends on the case officer handling your case.
