Do you know when you name check was done? Did you initiate any inquiry? Or was it done with the FP?
 
ManojKumar197, my PD is April 2002.
joyd, I sent an inquiry to fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov on Oct. 24. Still didn't get anything back from them.
And many thanks goes to PhillyKP who provided very useful information on early FP at Philly ASC.
