Hi folks,

My GC was approved yesterday. :)

Below are the details:

Primary applicant's Case Approved
I-140 --> Approved 05/30/2004
I-485 --> RD 03/27/2003 ND 04/07/2003
FP2 --> Sept 25, 2004
AD --> Nov 23, 2004
Initiated status enquiry on Oct 27, 2004
Recd letter stating that my case is pending service consideration. Please allow 60 to 90 days to hear from this office.

I checked online status today without expecting any change and there it was, case approved.

Look like they are finally touching April 2003 cases.

No, there was no change at all in the message or the date. It still showed the first FP date of June 23, 2003 even after my FP2 on Sept 25, 2004.
