Congrats!!!!! especially after your NOID problem

congrats man! good news atleast CIS is working in the month of October. Can you please share why NOID was generated. My ND is 07/28/03 and FP1 done 09/17/04. Now I am planning to change job. My question to the forum is if I don't file AC21 proactively will a NOID be generated even if my present employer doesn't inform CIS.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Congrats choGC ..!!! Enjoy the freedom now..!!!

Thank you guys.
I wish you a best luck~ :D

kdanishi, our NOID was about lawful status since arrival to US.
According to my "humble" research, usually ppl get NOID for lawful status.
We sent them I-20s, H1-B approval notices, copies of every page of passport, EAD and etc.
They also asked where we both have lived since first entry to US.

My wife and I have been in the states for 10 years, had hard time to find all the addresses. ;)
