approved LC to someone interested

Hi,

I have a Pre-approved LC with an consulting firm, the LC can be used to substitute if someone meet the similiar background as mine. Need to be Commputer programmer or software engineer, with Master degree or(I am not sure if Bachelor degree +5 will work or not, need to check with attorney).

It would be perfect if you have client and work as consultant. You are required to get 3 pay stubs with the sponsoring company (means you need to work for 3 months) then I-I40/I485 will be filed on you behalf concurently. It will be filed to the Vermont Service Center.

By the way, you are not required to stay in the company after the I-140/I485 is filed, you can then rejoin the company after GC is approved, which may be many months later...
 
Hey,
i sent you an email yesterday. If somebody leaves your company after i140 filed how can they search for antoher job.Why cant you do it as future employer?
