Approved labor & H1 extension denial

Here is my situation..

My labor was Approved long back but H1 extension was denied .

Still working with same employer on EAD.My spouse is the primary Applicant .

So my question is Approved labor still good to file for 485 in future ?

If yes do I have to work with same employer?

pls advice !!!

--------------file I-140 and I-485 now if your LC is approved
If yes do I have to work with same employer?
---------- GC is for future job, one can be working with other employer

Please note that the approved labor can be used for filing I-140/I-485 as long as it is not a substitution labor.

My H1 exetnsion was denied for the reason ..my employer not eligible for extension petition as he replied to RFE with my real client details.

so you mean I can work on EAD to any employer and still file for I-485 with my Approved labor in future.

Is there any time limit or dead line for that ?or can I file anytime in future?
