Got help from Senator’s office. Went to the 2nd FP earlier than the scheduled date and it was fine. The case was assigned to an office on August 15, 2003, according to the senator’s office, and they are waiting for the name check.

Is your online status updated as " FP received" after 2nd FP done??? I gave my 2nd FP before scheduled date and my online status not yet updated....

Congrats! It sure was a long wait. I remember bulk of July 01 cases being adjudicated around July 02........

The previous online status says “received your RFE on October 25, 2002, it takes about …." The 2nd FP has never got updated online.

Wah... I am also an EB3, OR. My RD is also July 2001.

Can you give me which senator you contacted for help? And how did you approach the issue? I have been researching on the web about getting help from our senator.
