Finally got the approval emails.

PD 08/2003 (EB2 substitute labor)
I-485 RD 03/2004
Approval date: 06/28/2007.

My I-140 was approved as EB2, but NSC made a mistake by including my I-485 in EB3 category. I had the local senator's office call them to get that corrected. NSC took their time, but looks like they corrected that and approved it today.

You are lucy that they treated it as the EB3, I think if it was EB2 you might be waiting for some more time. Unless u were approved when they approved your 140. I think now they treated it as EB3 and gave the green signal
