Approved I140 For 2003 Post It Here feb. 19,2003 approved july 23,2003

My I140 was recieved on feb. 19 ,2003 approved date Jul. 23, 2003:cool:

I-140

My RD for I-140/I-131/I-765/I-485 is 17th Jan, 2003.

I-765 Approved on 7/9/03,
I-131 Approved on 8/4/03 and
for I-140 the online message says its taking 275-300 days!!!!

Waiting ,... !!!!!!!!!!

If your I 765 and I 131 has been approved, then chances are that your I 140 is also approved. That is what has happened to my case. Even though the online still says that it takes 275 to 300 days for me, I have the approved I-140 copy with me. You might want to check with your attorney if they have received anything.

I-765 Approved on 07/18/03,
I-131 Approved on 08/01/03 and
I-140 the online message says its taking 275-300 days!!!!

I140 may be one more month to go.....

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received at this office on February 19, 2003. It is taking between 275 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Pls post approved I140 so that we can track what date is being process
