Looks like my I 485 got approved. Earlier on Dec 12th there was an RFE. Returned to INS sue to insufficient attorneys address!!!. Then REF was mailed back to me on Januaru 5th. But the online status was changed to an approval notice was mailed directly to the applicant on Jan 5th, But it was in fact the RFE which was returned to them. Spoke to an officer who advised me to reply to RFE since his system did not show of any approval. RFE was for employment and salary even though it was an NIW case. Reply for RFE was received on Feb 5th. Online status was changed to RFE received. INS officer calls my attorney on Feb 9th saying my reply to RFE does not properly identify the current employer and asked for 2003 W2. W2 faxed to INS on Feb 11. Today status has changed approved. I HOPE IT IS Right.

They are working on 02 cases

What a surprise to 02 filers! They are working on 02 cases. I think they look at FP date too. Hope mine is close.
