Approved I-485, Rd May 2007

My friends got her Green Card, I-485 Approved on July 3, 2007. Her RD is May 2007 and she never received EAD. Is she lucky? Or is there anybody same situation? Anybody here got their I-485 approval with RD 2007?

Very encouraging news . Wish USCIS work like this in future and approve all pending cases (By PD for original labor & by RD for SUB-labors, so veterans & deserved people like Jackolatern gets his GC fast).

My I485 was approved at the end of June. My RD was in May 2007.
A lot of people got approved during JUNE 07. You can see in a lot of posts in Texas Center Issues.

Yes, she is from Texas Center. She has PD of 2003. She got his FP on last June 2007. Her country is Philippines.

Sad to say I'm from Nebraska Center, Is there any one here who has same approval from NCS?

I'm looking for another friend who happens the same PD and FP info. I will let you know what happen in the coming weeks.

PD = EB3 ROW - Jan 2003
I485 = sent 5/7/07
FP = 5/31/07
Card received (USPS) = 6/30/07
I485 approval notice = received 7/5/07

i don't think this is an encouraging news at all...
Because, it is just telling you that USCIS didn't really work base on their book or schedule. If an agency didn't work it this way, the majority suffers.
