This morning @ 08:16 am I got the magic email "Card Production Ordered".

My journey is finally over. Not sure when it went for NC. My case info is below.

I thank all of you fellow comrades in a war against injustice of USCIS. There is definitely light on the other side!
I also thank Mr. Khanna for providing This portal.

Now what is the next step. When can i have the visa stamped on my passport and from where?

Congratulations!

This is a positive indication. This means they (USCIS) will continue to approve cases in September if visa numbers have been allocated.
