Got welcome email on this lousy Tuesday. Looks like Nebraska is working on the stale cases. My EB3 PD 10/01, 485 RD 05/04. NC cleared 02/07 after letters to First Lady last Dec. Of course, local congresswoman also has helped a lot since 09/06. Trasfered to NE 03/02. LUD since then 03/11, 03/15, 04/04.

My 2 cents are that if your NC is cleared, your would be adjudicated in a timely manner by CIS.

At last, wish all get your fair share of life that you very much deserved very soon.

Congratulations. Not sure if it tastes any better when you have to wait that long, but enjoy it anyways.

Congratulations! Was you I485 and I140 file concurrently?

Thanks all. i am china origin. concurrent filing 05/2004 and 140 approved 01/2005.

Also today, got email that the new card has been mailed to me
 
Calbears. did you get a fingerprinting notice before approval. How many days did it take after fingerprinting.

I noticed that you had a series of LUDs recently....
From the time they took your fingerprints and your approval, did your online status change?

my 3rd FP done in the first week of March. My online status changed also.

It looks like it took them a month between FP and approval. I just did my FP and PD current and NC cleared in Feb 2007. Let's see if I hear from them in a month. :confused:
 
Card received

Things suddenly do more efficiently now. I received the card today in the mail just 2 days after my case was approved.

Wow! That is indeed fast!

Was the FP appointment that you did last March a code 3 or code 1?
Also, is the start date of your residency (as found on the card) the same as the approval date?
