hey all just wanted to let you guys know that today i finally recieve my approval email saying my welcome notice was mailed, i will just like to thank you guys for all your advice and help.
 
Congratulations! Just a little over 3 months even with an RFE -- that should give many of the folks here with RFEs hope for a fast resolution.
