I am happy to say that mine and my wife's I-485 applications have been approved.

Please share your thoughts on stamping appointments at Charlotte, NC Center. I am yet to get an appointment.

Congratulations! Looks like lot of 485 approvals are going on with VSC just today.

Guess, most of applicants are getting approved within 30 -45 days after FP or LUD change after FP.


Also can anyone share their experience in getting passport stamped... after you receive your I485 approval

FP1 - 09/30/2004
LUD change 10/6 ( FP recd. Message) 11/18 ( No change in messg.)

forumuser2004, you are the first user i saw who had FP done on 09/30 . I have not seen any approvals with FP on 09/30. I had earlier posted on this forum asking if any one had any approvals with FP on 09/30. No replies My collegue had 485 ND 08/14/2003 and FP on 10/2 got approved on 11/30.No LUD change for him. That is why I am curious if anyone out there with 09/30 FP date and approved.
