approved finally, but need help!

hi, it is my turn to say that I heard the magic words
"This case has been approved on May 25th." Details are:
EB1 China
RD 10/99
ND 11/99
FP 3/8/01
RFE 4/6/01
RFE received 5/4/01

However, there is one thing that\'s bothering me: there is no message change
to my wife\'s case. We applied together and I am the primary person. Gurus, can you please tell me why?

My friend also met the same situation as yours. He got approved this
Feb, so far his wife is still waiting for the result.
But My whole family got approved at the same time.

Since you are the primary applicant and you have got it, your
wife\'s is guaranteed. Don\'t worry.

Maybe INS haven\'t figured out you both applied together.
Call IIO and remind them.

I have heard that even though the whole family files together each case is considered separately and it is not necessary that the whole family should be approved together. This was whatone of our friends were told and he was going thru Sheela Muruthy.In our case also the main applicant approved 4/16,spouse appvd 5/21,while kids still pending.Though we filed together the last 5 digits in our EAC number has a big difference about 106 numbers from the primary applicant,so we simply have to wait unlessyour numbers are in serial order.

Thank you Ashok for the explanation. My wife\'s number is about 23 behind mine. I randomly checked a few other numbers surrounding ours, including those numbers greater than my wife\'s, almost all were approved in Feb. I guess we just have to keep the long waiting?
