Called the IIO (50 mins redial+hold) on date of approval and she said it could take from 2 months to 2 years, depending on whether my application is 1st or 1000th in the crate of applications with an Officer.
This board is the best place to know about what is going on. Do not waste time and money dialing VSC just for status enquiry. Neither the IIO nor the AVM gave me correct info. Try not to get frustrated. You will get it.
