Hi,
I applied for EAD in Feb, 2007. USCIS sent me a mail saying that my application was received on Feb 28, 2007.
Later on May 23, 2007 USCIS sent a mail saying that they had mailed me the approval notice for my EAD, and I will receive it within a month.
But till now I dindt receive it. When I called USCIS, I was siad that the EAD would have been lost in mail. So I need to reapply it with another $200 fee.
I feel this is unfair.
Is there anything I can do to get my EAD or track it?
