My and my wife's case was approved as per Online on Feb 20th, 2003, took almost 4 years.

PD March 1999
ND Nov 2000
RD Nov 2000
LIN-01-044-XXXXX
Non-RIR
EB2
2 RFEs (first on Emp Verification, 9 months later Emp verification once again)
2 FPs
3 EADs
At the cost of:
Enormous amount of Patience, pain, agony and frustration
At least $5K down the drain (lawyer fee + misc...)
Loss of several $ks of my paycheck(for being in sloppy payroll):D

Damn, my American dream is turning into reality....!

Congratulations man. I just can't believe that there are so many cases pending from such a long time. I am an Aug'01 waiter and I am feeling as if I am the only one who is left behind, but now after looking at approvals like this I am trying to get with the terms.

hi it is a big relief when u get ur green card. when i got my green card it was like a big burden removed from my head.
