All,
Just saw an approval.... welcoming new permanent resident....
I was very concerned since June 1st.
I filed a service request. Requested my senator to file a query.

Saw an LUD this morning...

So finally here is the approval .....


Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On June 7, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I think it was transferred around end of Feb.

I gave my second finger print on April 10th

When was your namecheck cleared, did you enquire. My case is exactly like yours:
Sub labor, EB3, PD 2/1/2002
Transferred to NSC in Feb
2nd FP on Apr 10th

I took a infopass appoinment last week to check about namecheck and officer told me it is not clear yet.
 
Can you please let us know

1. When did you initiate the service request?
2. When did your senator initite the enquiry?
3. Did you fax the senator or were able to talk to him/her?

My case was also stuck in name check before it went into retrogressed mode.

Enquiring through few senators, came to know back in Nov 2005, my case was through from name check.
Last week, took an infopass and found out that it was clear as well.

----- Monday, June 4th.
2. When did your senator initite the enquiry?
--- Yesterday, Wednesday
3. Did you fax the senator or were able to talk to him/her?
----I spoke to senator's office. A lady took all the details and filed an enquiry
 
Congratulations!! gc_nh.
My case is around the same RD as yours. I went to InfoPass last month and IO said, everything is clear and I should get the approval in June when Visa is available but still see no sign of approval :(
