Finally. I would like to share this with all of you. I just heard on the AVM and then from an IIO that both, mine and my wife\'s cases have been approved on 7/16. My details are

EB3 Other
PD 3/99
RD 8/99
ND 9/99
FP 8/00
AD 7/01

2 EADs, 2 APs. No ammended I-140. No RFE. Proactive employment letter.

Thanks to all for giving me support and very valuable information. I\'ve been a frequent caller to VSC and visitor to the discussion forum.

Any advice on what should i do next once i get the courtesy copy?

Some lawyers, including mine, dont usually file an employment letter with the 485 application. Reason being that by the time the 485 is under review, the employment letter is usually 1-2 yrs old, so INS issues an RFE for a current one. My attorney didnt file an employment letter and said that he would when it was close to approval time. Seems like he was right. Thats what he did. He filed, proactively, an employment letter in Jan this year, and it worked. VSC did not ask for it again and approved the 485 without an RFE. Hope this helps.
