approved by 255 after RFE

I had called the 800 number. The lady over there, sent a case status referral to TSC. Hope it works!!

My case is with 255. The details are:

Ref sent Feb.,06 04
Ref Ack Feb.,27 04
Fp Rcv April,16 03

485 ND & RD Jan. , 18 2002

No any update yet. Called 1800, a lady told me I need to wait for the time frame of INS covering me. Or I can write a letter to TSC to ask the reason and promote the process. Any other ideas?
 
The newest INS date already covers your RD. Also, like Greenluck, you are so close to 60 days after receving RFE, I would have an inquiry ready now and fax to INS on Apr 24 if I were you.

I called the 800 number and explained my situation that my RD is May,2001 and the processing date is 21st Aug, 2001 and also it's been more than 30 days after the last correspondence from BSCIS(1st March, 2004) and haven't heard anything since then. that's when the lady said she would send a case status referral.

Also what the RFE was for?
 
That is an employment letter

REF asked for an employment letter. That 'all. I think my lowyer addressed enough information for this kind of letter. Please keep post if you can. Thanks.:confused:
