Our cases were approved a couple weeks ago, but online status are not updated so far. I called them but was informed that just ignore the online status and wait for the cards to come for 6 months, so basically they told us that little could be done to correct the online tracking system. --- if a case info is mistyped into the system and they process I485 by the system, there would be a good chance for some cases never get approved -- what a horrifying yet probable hypothesis!
It is not too bad to make mistakes, everybody makes some, it is just the mindset that refuses to correct errors that is trully hopeless.
