AVM message before approval :- FP collected and pending review.

Virginia INS Local Center and Advance Parole question

Would somebody know if there are any other local INS centers in VA besides Arlington for I-485 stamping. I live in South-Central VA (Roanoke area)?

How much advance in time shall I have to apply for Advance Parole before it expires (10/28/2002)?
