Approved.....at last

Saw the online status today and it show both me and my wife as being approved (No RFE). Ours was an AC21 case,( ND 11/15/01 and RD 12/10/01), wherein I joined my client on the 3rd of Feb 2003. The client lawyer sent an official letter to INS informing them of my change of company, and the company HR person also writing another letter to INS which basically said as to how I satisfied all the clauses of AC21 ( like comparable salary, same job description..6 months having passed etc...)

As they say..there is a God up there somewhere...
 
Congrats!!! Did u change after 180 of ND because the dates given by u iis not matching
 
Did you move

when you joined the new company. Congrats and enjoy. Did you use AC21.

No I did not move when I joined my new company, I still had the same home address, and both my prev. consulting company as well as the client were in the same state. I was working for the client for the last 1.5 years and joined them this february using AC21 clause.
