Approved!!!!! At Last

Hi All,

Heard the good news from my lawyer last Friday. She received the approval notice from INS. Ironically the AVM has not yet been updated as of yesterday night, so I would call Vermont at speak to an IIO. My details are as follows:

PD - July 97
ND - 02/01
RD - 02/13
AD - 12/13
EAC 01 102 XXXXXX

Your PD is way back in 1997. Were you delayed by NJ Labor?

Delayed Due to Company Screw Up

My Labor Certification took a little more than normal since my HR screwed up by placing the wrong advertisement.

I don\'t understand your question on the I-140. I applied from the I-140 right from here and got the approval in 4 months. Hope this helps.
 
Which state is your attorney in and in which state are you in?

I am trying to find a reason why I have not received my approval notice yet. I was approved Dec 7th.
